The ZKA series is a 6-axis servo middle-speed wire EDM — known in China as "middle-speed wire cutting". It runs multiple passes on molybdenum wire, so you get surface finish and geometry close to a slow wire machine, at a running cost much closer to a conventional fast wire cut.
Three sizes, same control system and the same pulse power supply.

Accuracy and roughness measured on an octagon 10 × 10 × 20 mm in SKD11 / Cr12 at HRC 58. Figures are typical values from our factory acceptance test — we send the test sheet with the machine.
Most ZKA machines leave the factory with something adapted to the customer's parts.
Re-thread without standing at the machine. Useful on multi-cavity work and unattended night runs.
For helical cutting, spiral grooves and 360° rotary work.
Wider taper range than the standard ±15° head, with taper trim cutting.
Raised column for tall workpieces, up to 2000 mm.
Reinforced table for very heavy blocks, up to 15 t on the large models.
Dedicated power settings and wire systems for super-hard and non-conductive materials.
Clearance held across the full height.
Graphite and copper, fine ribs intact.
Cut without surface discolouration.
Inner profiles with repeatable geometry.
